Mzuri Pro-Til Select

The MZURI Pro-Til Select features quick changeover of row spacing and inter-row width done with a single push of a button. Thanks to this, users can activate or deactivate every other section. The SELECT feature is used for seeding crops such as maize, rape and sunflower at both narrow (33.3; 36.4; 35 cm) and wide (66.6; 72.8; 70 cm) row spacing. The wide row spacing allows very good access for sunlight to the plants, reduces competition between plants in adjacent rows, allows more air in the field and solves the problem of accumulation of plant debris between the working components of the implement. To obtain the row spacing for seeding cereals, legumes, phacelia and the like, you will activate all sections.

Harrow bar

Harrow bar ensure leveling of the field surface after sowing, eliminating the ridge effect. Hydraulic adjustment allows for precise adjustment of the working depth of the harrow tines, resulting in even seed coverage and better germination. This solution improves sowing quality and the aesthetics of the work performed.

Brake Kit

Dual-circuit air brakes mounted on three drive wheels ensure safe transport of the machine on public roads. A 60-liter air tank ensures reliable operation in all conditions. This not only provides convenience but also complies with regulations in many countries.

Microgranular Seeding Section

An additional hopper for sowing microgranules or catch crops is a practical solution that enhances the seeder’s functionality. Equipped with a 240-liter hopper, electric fan drive, and universal seeding roller, the system allows for precise seed or chemical metering. It’s an ideal choice for farms that value efficiency and versatility in a single pass.

Hydraulic Support Leg

The hydraulic support leg facilitates quick and easy coupling of the machine to the tractor. Its wide working range also allows for changing drive wheels without the need for additional jacks. This practical solution increases operating comfort and safety during operation.

Narrow Press Wheel Kit

The optional narrow press wheel kit ensures excellent seed-to-soil contact, resulting in even germination and better plant establishment. Complete wheels and hubs can be easily mounted, adapting the seeder to various field conditions.

K80 Ball Hitch

The durable and reliable K80 ball hitch, mounted with 8 bolts, guarantees a secure connection between the machine and the tractor. This solution ensures stability during operation and transport, increasing user comfort.

Central Lubrication System

The advanced Mzuri central lubrication system automatically delivers the correct amount of grease to each lubrication point, extending the machine’s lifespan and minimizing the need for daily maintenance. An electric piston pump, precision distributors, and a flow sensor guarantee operational reliability. This solution saves time and ensures trouble-free operation even in the most challenging field conditions.

Fertilizer Flow Sensor

The fertilizer flow control system enables continuous monitoring of the fertilizer head’s operation and prevents potential blockages. This ensures uniform fertilizer application to each section, resulting in higher efficiency and precision in fertilization.

Second Fertilizer for 5 Sections

The second fertilizer option allows for the distribution of material from the second chamber of the tank, allowing for the application of two different types of fertilizer in a single pass. Fertilizer coulters equipped with double funnels and heads adapted to the machine’s configuration guarantee optimal nutrient distribution in the soil.

Slurry Application System

The slurry application system allows for the direct application of organic fertilizer into the cultivated strip. The kit includes a distributor/mixer, a set of hoses and applicators for each seeder section, and a hitch extension. This is an economical and ecological solution that allows for the effective use of natural nutrient sources.

Front Discs

Front discs effectively cut crop residue and clean the cultivated strip, preparing the soil for the subsoiler and coulters. Mounted independently on the frame, they ensure smooth operation and stable operation in all conditions. Hydraulic depth adjustment and rubber shock absorbers protect working components from damage, guaranteeing precise operation and long machine life. They are available in 2 types: straight and wavy discs.
